What is your refund policy?

Thanks for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at everlastingcreators.com operated by Everlasting Creators.
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not
satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no
questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your
purchase.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We
encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their
purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

We offer a 14 day refund as a courtesy. Please note most of our products are digital, which means technically you already have downloaded it and we have no way to recoup our hard work. We reserve the right on any of our products not to issue this refund based on the nature of the digital product.

How can I get my product promoted by Everlasting Creators?

First you must be a member of our group here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/everlastingcreators . You must be a member of the group for at least 3 months and be active in the group. Then you may private message us in the group. We will then schedule a one on one video call to discuss the details. This does not guarantee approval in any way.

How can I interview Joshua or Kristina Shoemaker?

Then you may private message us in the group. We will control the live interview across our sites. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will then schedule a one on one video call to discuss the details.

Why can I not access certain pages?

This usually means you have not paid to have access to these products. If this is a mistake on our part please contact us.

When can I expect a response from you?
